The questions below may be answered in an essay format or via video. For a written essay, the statement should be 600-700 words in length. The video should be 5 minutes or less:

  1. What interests you specifically about global health and the program you chose?
  2. What qualities do you think are important when traveling abroad and participating in a program of this kind?
  3. What do you hope to learn and take back home from this program?
  4. Describe an accomplishment that you are proud of and how it related to the person that you are.
  5. How this scholarship will help you financially.
  6.  What does CFHI’s slogan “Let the World Change You” mean to you? (in 100 words or less).
