CFHI Participation Agreement

Your signed document will be sent automatically to CFHI for review and you will be notified via email and your account updated once it has been approved. Please note that there will be a slight delay between when you sign the form and when it’s marked off as complete within your account, since this has to be done manually by a CFHI staff member. We suggest that you keep a copy handy for your records.
