Born in the northeast of Argentina, Horacio is passionate about travel, intercultural exchange, and art. He is a a very sociable person and loves public relations. Currently, he is a student of Cultural Management and co-founder of an art multi-space in the north of the country. His work focuses on providing art workshops to foreign students, using art as a tool to understand their moods. In addition, he is in charge of the logistics related to CFHI student accommodations and communications. He is a strong advocate of collective work and the importance of the artistic contribution in the creative process of intercultural programs.
