Blaire is a bilingual communications and outreach professional who is passionate about connecting people and ideas across cultures. With a background in global health, educational exchange, and international development, she specializes in crafting meaningful narratives that inspire engagement and drive positive change. In addition to strategic communications, Blaire has extensive experience collaborating with global organizations to design evidence-based strategies, synthesize complex findings into accessible insights, and strengthen the visibility and impact of development initiatives worldwide.
Blaire holds a Master of Public Diplomacy from the University of Southern California, where she focused on cross-cultural communications and exchange. She also earned certificates in Strategic Project Management for Development from the Geneva Graduate Institute (IHEID) and in Translation and Interpretation from the University of California, San Diego—building a foundation that bridges storytelling, strategy, and intercultural understanding.
Outside of work, Blaire enjoys practicing yoga, Latin dance, traveling, and spending time with loved ones (including her cat, Marky).
