Global Health Seminar in Puerto Escondido

This immersive three-day program is designed in partnership with the University of Notre Dame and provides participants with the opportunity to explore women’s reproductive health and tropical medicine in  Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca. The program combines academic sessions, site visits, and community-based learning to offer insights into maternal health, traditional medicine, and vector-borne diseases on the coast of Oaxaca. Participants will engage with local healthcare professionals, learn from community initiatives, and experience the intersection of modern and traditional health practices.
