CFHI runs free, live webinars at various dates and times throughout the year. Webinars provide information on CFHI's UN-recognized Global Health Education Programs, various academic partnership options, and other global health topics.

Introduction to CFHI Global Health Programs- Learn about clinical and public health opportunities in Latin America, Asia and Africa that place you in the trenches of global health alongside local health care workers, patients and community leaders. Find out more about scholarships, application tips, CFHI's projects in local communities, and how to get involved.

CFHI Global Health Programs in Ghana- Learn about CFHI's new programs in Ghana- "Hospital Medicine in Coastal Ghana" and "Child Health & Social Determinants." Located in West Africa, Ghana is known for its historic sites, diverse wildlife, vibrant culture, and the friendliness of its people. This webinar will cover program logistics such as housing, transportation, and daily schedule of activities. We will also address safety and heath concerns. CFHI Medical Director in Ghana, Dr. Charles Nwobu, will be available to answer any questions about these new programs. Attendees will come away with an understanding of Ghanaian culture and a historical context in order to better understand Ghana's main public health challenges, which CFHI Global Health Scholars will witness throughout their experience.

CFHI Global Health Program in the Philippines- Learn about CFHI's new "Remote Island Medicine" program in the Philippines, a tropical island nation unmatched for its natural beauty and unique blend of Spanish, Asian and Polynesian cultures. This webinar will cover program activities and schedule, which includes one week in the capital of Manila visiting various health facilities and government agencies to gain an understanding of the key public health issues across this archipelago nation. Participants will spend the rest of the program in an island setting, working at a community healthcare center and learning about the importance of health education and preventative medical care.
