AMSA - American Medical Student Association is the oldest and largest independent association of physicians-in-training in the United States. Today, AMSA is a student-governed, national organization committed to representing the concerns of physicians-in-training.

Eligibility: Any student currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate or post-graduate program who plans to participate in a CFHI program taking place in 2021. Applicant must be an AMSA member. Student must also demonstrate a proven commitment to global health and accurately portray how a CFHI program will make her/him a better future physician.

Deadline for submission: May 1, 2021
Award Details: The student will be selected to receive a $1000 award that will go toward the program fee for a CFHI Global Health Education Program for any 4+week Immersion Program taking place during or after April 2021. See all program options here.
